HostSearch Launches New Website Version.
April 1, 2009 sees the launch of a brand new version of the Internets leading web hosting directory HostSearch.com. The new launch is Version 11.0 of a site which has remained the leading source of information about Web hosts and their products and services since it first appeared on the Internet in 1997.
HostSearch.com provides unbiased information about web hosting providers and the web hosting industry. The site maintains the largest database of information about web hosts available and continually upgrades its service to ensure the information it provides meets the requirements of its visitors. The latest HostSearch version is a complete overhaul of the site, incorporating an entirely CSS-structured design that offers an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that guides visitors to the information they are looking for.
Our goal is to ensure that our visitors quickly and easily find the information they need to consider before purchasing a Web hosting package, suggested HostSearch.coms Chief Executive Officer, Charnchon Lavitrangsima. We have carefully rearranged content to make it immediately accessible. In addition, weve updated the site design to a CSS structure, meaning pages load faster, and visitors have a better user experience. We also carefully considered the options available through the site. Some werent being properly utilized so we dropped them to ensure clarity and function. I am happy with the results I believe its a much more effective Web site and we are looking forward to user comments.
Although offering a strict focus on Web hosting end users, HostSearch is also a major draw for those professionally involved in Web hosting. That fact is reflected in the new design by the bringing together of key sections, and the addition of a brand new Editors Blog.
Although our visitors are predominantly Web hosting end users looking for information and comments about the hosts they are considering using, we cant ignore the fact that HostSearch.com has become a de facto meeting place for Web hosting professionals, suggested HostSearch.coms Web Editor, John Hughes. To better represent this fact we have added a Hosting Industry section that provides immediate access to the news and interviews that are such an attraction to those in the industry. We have also added a blog an Editors Blog.
The idea will be something more editorial, slightly more opinionated - although avoiding controversy - and perhaps a little fun, added Mr. Hughes. Something people can read if they don't want news or articles. The idea is to cover everything remotely connected to hosting including IT news. What you think about Google Chrome will fit in nicely alongside discussion on the value of professional web hosting bodies, items on the Cloud, and what has put various Web hosts in the news this week. We have got some contributors involved I am really looking forward to this part of the new site. Its really going to be fun.
